Not great service no one helped me stuck in shop for 20 mins,then went to purchase and they said price label is wrong and where going charge me more what a joke wish I could give it zero stars

Made an order to get 3 shirts done (1 × Kids AS size 2, 1 × Adult XL Staple Tee, 1 × Baby Tee - supplying own) on 16th August and only 1 of 2 shirts which I bought from the store was completed with the other, half done! I'm sorry, but for such a basic design/customisation how in the world did you only manage to complete ONE?! Please explain?! Due to the lack of staff and I guess time, since you needed more than a week. I was told to take my shirts to parramatta who can finish the half done shirt and the baby tee I supplied. With all the orders going through the Parramatta branch and me being stuck at work all day they were able to 1. Get both shirts completed, using fresh shirts from THEIR STOCK 2. Send me pictures for review, 3. Fix up changes after the review and 4. Send the shirts for me to WA where these shirts were going. If I were you, I would take notes. I don't care about how big they are compared to you, I don't care if they have more staff, I honestly don't care about anything you have to say apart from giving me an explanation as to why it took you 1 WEEK to complete 1 KIDS SIZE 2 SHIRT?!!! Because I will gladly travel all the way to Parramatta to get the service that I paid for over and over than leave it in your hands to complete it whenever you feel like it!!

Quite unprofessional when waiting outside your store for over an hour, then call your parramatta store only to have them say “it’s up to them when they open, we deal differently with our own stores”…..very professional indeed lmfao worst ever!!

100% great customer service and top quality my order was misplaced in store so they hand delivered it to my house on a Sunday might I add
