Wonderful facility! The classes are so much fun and challenging. Lovely people, and very knowledgeable and caring coaches. Very welcoming and everyone encourages each other to push themselves and reach new goals.

Every thing was alright but my kids class was not well supervised at times. There was another class that started half way through my kids class and sometimes they just gave my kids class free time. A coach from the other class kept an occasional eye on them but not really. On one occasion they had free time for 25 mins with little Supervision.

Fantastic program for kids. Coaches are all great with the kids, keeping them engaged and helping them with their confidence. As long as we have a day free we will be there.

The coaches are very good, knowledgeable and easy going. Ben is a master at creating challenging, original and fun programs in his PKR fit classes. The facilities are modern, includes shower, changing rooms, plenty of parking.

Sent the kids here for a new experience during school holidays. Two of them came back in tears. My 8yr old said he was put in a group with much older kids and was constantly bullied - pushed to the ground repeatedly etc. When he reported it, the instructor apparently told him he will talk to the other boy but nothing happened. We were already halfway home and so didn’t go back to investigate further. Very disappointed. We sent the kids here due to the great reviews this place had. This is not what I expected.

So happy here! There is minimal sitting time and pretty much the full 45 minutes is spent on the course. Kids are engaged and its obvious that the coaches love what they do. They encourage and gently correct movement throughout the course so the kids are learning and having fun. The gym we were attending before this was more expensive and in a 45 minute class you got max 20 minutes on the course, the rest of the time was seated. Great place and great value for money!
