We posted this about a week ago if we could give Jackie snd Craig 10 stars we would we had a slight problem after a repair no fault to them but Craig went above and beyond to fix our van giving up his Saturday morning can't thank him enough for his excellent work and care Joy and Shane ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Thanks to Jackie and Craig for your wonderful professional and honest service we are so happy you found things that urgently needed attention that we did not know about and probably saved us an accident than you so very much hard to find people like you both Joy and Shane

Our tv remote wouldn’t work so I phoned and the owner suggested I take the tv and remote to the store despite it being near closing time. Whilst he did not have the right remote for our model of tv he “played” with the buttons on the tv and got reception.Wonderful service and pleasant staff.Highly recommend.

We had a problem with hot water and TV while travelling. We called in and they help us find the exact problem and gave us other helpful hints as well. Very generous with their time and practical solutions. Truly great service.

I can take this photo this afternoon only because of the excellent service provided to me by Mark and Jacqui. I went to take off with my family for a 3 month trip yesterday morning only to find my fridge wasn’t charging on the battery. Being regular customers of the caravan clinic I instantly thought to reach out to them. Mark dropped everything and had me on my way within the hour. Sensational!!

Had an issue with brake noise whilst travelling and Craig went out of his way to fit me in to fix the problem. He is honest and professional and explained all he did to me in terms I could understand. Cannot fault him and his team. Would not hesitate in recommending him.

I recently had need for a necessary (not emergency) part for my van. As I was in Murwilumbah a google search revealed the Caravan clinic. I phoned and sent photos of the part, luckily it was in stock so after a short drive I picked it up and they also fitted it for me. Bloody marvellous. The young lady on the phone was outstanding.
