The staff at the reception were helpful and efficient and I was able see the doctor as soon as I had registered as a new patient. The doctor who attended me was very professional and helpful. Should be noted though that the Centre prefers patients booking appointments online rather than walk ins as this would shorten waiting times.

Reception well staffed and polite. Dr Todorovic is the 3rd doctor I've been to in my current situation and the only to actually listen to my symptoms in 1st appointment and refer procedures/specialists immediately. Doctor and reception staff also went out of their way to contact specialist to fax scan results through on the spot when results hadn't arrived as expected so I didn't have to come back on another day. Good and caring experience so far.

Dr. Alex and the Care Plan nurse Sindi went out of their way to ensure I could access the physio that suited my medical requirements, budget and location. Their thoroughness and pastoral care was exemplary and I can't recommend them highly enough.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this doctors surgery I visited today at 8am. I had specifically chosen this surgery because their advertisement claimed that no booking was required and that patients could just walk in and be seen. However, when I arrived at the surgery, I was told that I needed to book an appointment and that there were no available slots today.

First visit and I am not a regular GP user. Impression was of a busy, well organised centre with a queue even early in the day . Polite and efficient reception staff. Doctors appear and disappear out of the many doors along the wall of the waiting area. Bit like a set for sliding doors. Nice large waiting area with water available. Be sure to take a mask or purchase one for $1 at the adjacent chemist. My doctor was efficient and polite and did the job well and that’s all I wanted. Will put this place in my phone as “my GP” so that’s a tick from me.

A very friendly as well as highly efficient & professional service, from Practice Manager/reception through to GP and pathology/blood testing. The GP was attentive, very thorough and professional as well as pleasant. Despite my ailment it was a positive experience. Thank you.

What can I say lets see . Sindi the careplan nurse is just fantastic and makes you feel very comfortable. Dr Cameron another great and very thorough doctor then you have my podiatrist at the centre Hoa La BinhThis guy is great down to earth and my feet love his work . Receptionist Sharon is very friendly and always smiling same with all the other Receptionists .

Sindi,the Care Plan nurse was very thorough, knowledgeable, empathetic,caring and helpful when she did my Care Plan review.She has a delightful sense of humour, was non judgemental and explained issues and problems in an understanding and professional, non critical way and came up with some good treatment recommendations which my GP supported

I have been a long term user of this facility and I am happy with the service from the reception staff who are friendly and efficient. Also I find the doctors, treatment room, allied health and care plan staff willing to listen and be able to do effective treatments. I have the waiting times reasonable too.

I know it would not worth much even i left this review or not. But it seem Dr Paul Dalrymple should need to back to school to learn the duty of care and code of ethic at school. He did not even politely while jump to the queue of 4 people waiting and let his clients come through the vaccination room first for no reason.I book for my daughter for 6 months injection today 4 months ago at earliest time because of her routine and the kindest doctor in this village just shout to us he need the room for his clients with not any emergency symptoms. ( i am not sure the clients has any relative with him or not) . By the way, complaint to the Manager there is waste of time because they make all the stories even though she said she spoke to Dr Paul but who knows. It was not good lesson for all the kids because they could think out the society, they could go and do whatever they like to and can skip the queue and the wait.This medical center deserved 0 star insted of 2.9 out of 5.
