Food is ok - bread loaf we got last time was stale after a few days and sausage roll was a bit cold and a bit small.Store policy is ridiculous and can see others have had similar experiences. Daughter wanted subway and parents wanted coffee and baguette so thought it would be fine to sit down seeing that we were buying a fair bit and not free loading. Apparently not! We were forced to have our coffee on the steps of the post office.

Amazing vietnamese-french pastries and breads, with many people dropping by specifically for their baguettes. It's this bread that makes their pork rolls so good, highly recommend if you're in the area and want a quick bite.

Went in to order a ham and cheese toastie & English breakfast tea. Then asked for a cup of hot water to take my herbs with. Can’t believe they charge $2 for hot water? Water is free!

A nice looking bakery and coffee shop. The pork rolls are one of the best in Sydney and the loaves of bread are fantastic. The have a small selection of tasty snacks. The coffee can be a bit of a hit or miss. The place is reasonable priced. Service is pretty good.

Asked why my cups got a star on top and others got hearts.. coffee was horrible so think it has to do with what they think of the customer, never got an answer, pity as its a nice place but awful staff

Beautiful cafeteria, amazing products. I have had 2 bad experiences with the attention of the short-haired Asian person, it is very rude, I think it is racist. The first time I thought it was my mistake but the second time I confirmed it, he doesn't like non-white people. I am not going back to a place where they discriminate against people.

Their baguettes are the best in Artamon - fresh and crispy.Although they don't let dogs in the store, even if you are just getting takeaway and even if you are holding your dog (which I was). I understand the no dogs in the shop rule as it might annoy other customers, but saying I can't carry my dog in for a 10 second baguette transaction is ridiculous. Say goodbye to your long time baguette customer.

The team here always look polite and friendly, the place looks clean and inviting. Upon this premise I decided to get a coffee from L’Annam. I’m not sure if the coffee itself was the let down or the barista? It literally tasted like burnt tyres. I couldn’t drink it. I have given the coffee 2 stars because the coffee was served at a good temperature.
