If i could give less than 1 star I would.. he is the most arrogant person I have ever come across. He was unhelpful and abusive. How he got his licence in the first place amazes me as he didnt know the road rules and nearly got me in an accident. Then abused me when he directed me down a one way street.....This man was veddy scary to deal with..... I really feared for my life....I am no longer able to drive due to the abuse from Des...
