Wanted to purchase about $100 worth of things at 4.35pm. Told can only pay with card at this time of day. Says online they close at 4.50pm?? Waste of time. The woman seems to hate her job, she was rushing other customers as i put all items back and left with nothing.

Bought America Apparel jackets that I took from a rack that stated clearly $20. I asked the girl at the counter to verify that these jackets were in fact $20 each. Staff member reassured me that they were in fact $20 each. My girlfriend payed with her card and when she got home and checked the reciept we discovered that she had been charged $39 each. This fact coupled with a generally hostile attitude from staff would cause me to never spend a penny there again. Sting me once! Enjoy the profits because there will be no second chance available to you ever.

The staff is friendly and very helpful I picked up some bargains... I found miller's combined with Rivers.... So that was great....as I'm not from Bendigo I was just visiting....

Staff was rude and unfriendly when query on price of items. Say they don't walk over to the Millers section. Don't know how they can separate the sections within 1 store. Had 3 fitting rooms but chose to open 1, without giving any reason. Put off buying anything from there.

A bizarre experience in this store with multiple rude staff members - one negatively commenting on my perfume and huffing and rolling their eyes while they were serving another customer, and another staff member starting an argument with a customer over nothing. Exceptionally unprofessional and immature, have heard and witnessed the same two do and say similar things in the past which I had thought may have been due to a bad day but clearly not. Only gained a second star for good bargains, the service wasn't good on any level, do yourself a favour and just shop online.

Bought 2 pairs of cargo pants among other things and the zipper fell apart on one pair of pants the same day I wore it so I figured I'd get a refund for faulty goods which ought to be simple but apparently it's a minor defect" and "easy to repair" so I'm only entitled to store credit."
