I took my cracked iPhone screen in for repair and when I took it home screen did not work properly. Took it back and told I needed to spend $128 more for motherboard repair. When I questioned this, the owner got very irate and started telling me off. Eventually they put on the old cracked screen and works fine. Now I'm off to Apple to get it done properly.

My girlfriend brought her laptop in and paid over $300 to fix the keyboard, and she realised it was still broken when she got home. Later, she brought it back to see if they could try again and it they had it for a few more weeks. When she went back in to ask where it was, they said it wasn't in the shop and they didn't know where it was. When they found it and said it was ready for pickup, the keyboard stopped working within a day of her getting it back. :(Update: Actually, this is the correct repair centre. We will be taking the laptop somewhere else to to have it repaired next time.
