Just helped by Dani online who gave me the same brilliant customer service she’s given me in-store - I couldn’t decide on what item to pick for a gift, out of all the gorgeousness on offer! A fab shopping experience during Covid lockdown.

This is hands down my favourite homeware and gift shop. I used to walk past it often out of my way just to admire the beautiful ceramic range (in fact the diningware is so phenomenal, I chose to buy a smaller handpicked set instead of the classic prepackaged department store set). The service is equally impressive; I touched base online to arrange a click and collect and they were more than accommodating in answering my many questions and went above and beyond to assist with colour coordinating and match the right ware for a set. Just a fantastic shopping experience; unique and thoughtfully picked homeware range, made all the more special by that additional personal touch.

Great looking store and the staff are extremely friendly. The sales assistant went over and above to help me pick out a gift for my mother in law - lots of quality product to chose from. Fantastic atmosphere and first class service. The coffee shop is also a bonus.

The aesthetic of this shop is so stunning, I never want to leave.Love that I can shop with a delightful Padre coffee in hand.The colour palate of the tableware is iridescent ...only fault, is it too hard to choose a setting!My fav go to is plant remedy soaps and Hunter Lab ...best gift ideas.

I highly recommend Made and More. I recently purchased the most divine gold cutlery set from them. As it was postal order we had lots of going back and forth with email. Polite, super helpful and rapid with their responses. The customer service was outstanding. I now cannot wait to get to Melbourne to see the shop for myself. Made and More please, please, please open in Adelaide!
