Albert Park Vet

Local vet that is now looking after our 2 fur babies. Very happy with everything. The vet needed to call back with some test results and did exactly as she said she would by calling that afternoon. Our dogs try to go in every time we walk past which shows how good the vets are with them.

Really lovely and friendly clinic, all the staff are excellent and my dog has no problem going in the building. He’s always happy to see Elena or Donald and they have taken great care of him over the last year. Very happy with the service and will continue to use them.

I have been coming to Albert Park Vet with my two dogs for around 6 months. They are absolutely exceptional! My frenchie requires lots of care and attention and unfortunately has had a long list of health issues however Dr. Elena has been excellent in her care and attention to him as well as my other dog! They are loved and cared for by all the staff, the nurses are knowledgeable and kind as well as helpful and understanding about emergencies and difficult situations. They often call to check up and ensure the pets health as well as always making time for any issues that we have had arise last minute. I am extremely grateful for their wonderful care and amazing attitude. We have since moved out of the area and continue to return as they are so wonderful. I highly recommend them and trust them completely with the health and happiness of my little ones

This is our pup's vet and they've always been so attentive and caring when he comes to visit. Everyone is so friendly but also really approachable and helpful to any questions we've had about our dog, whether it's a quick phone call or a last minute appointment!

Had a horrible experience with this vet today. I booked my cat in for a spaying procedure at 4:30PM and even received a confirmation message to confirm my appointment. When we got there, we were told the doctor would “try to fit us in”, and that the appointment was for a “preliminary consultation for the cat and her kittens” (there’s no kittens)- no clue what that means, as I was told on the phone that she was going in for the surgery and the receptionist went into detail about how the procedure would go. We were then asked to pay the consultation fee (that we were never informed about) and told they wouldn’t be able to do the surgery today. Extremely disappointing as everyone seemed confused, especially considering we took off of work to be there and are running on a schedule before my cat goes into heat. Would recommend that everyone clarify over the phone and not take their word for confirmations.

Dr. Donald and team are so friendly and professional. Dr. Donald is very experinced and thorough with the process and recommendations. Thank you for your service and looking after my Boston!

The Best vet I have ever been! Came back several times and it’s always very friendly staff, professional service and reasonably priced.

We can not rave about this team any more. We pass various other vets to visit their practice as they are amazing. They have gone above and beyond for all of our animals - we are so so happy we found them!!
