We have 2 properties with Judy Harrow Property Management, we've been with Judy since 2013 and could not be more pleased her professionalism and customer service. I called Judy one time unbeknownst to me she was in Bali, I apologised and said I'd call the office but she absolutely insisted to help me from there.There have been some really tricky situations to negotiate along the way Judy has managed them all beautifully. We can't thank her enough for her guidance and for sharing her wealth of Real Estate knowledge. We couldn't do this without you and your team.

I have been a tenant of Judy Harrow’s for 5 years and Judy is the most prompt, caring and professional lady I have ever rented a property through. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and if we ever had an issue it was dealt with immediately. We are now property owners and are thrilled to have Judy looking after our home. How this place still operates as a legal business entity in our country with no repercussions is beyond me.This company lies about almost everything whilst damaging good tenants names in order make themselves look good to property owners only.Somehow the incompetence goes unnoticed by SACAT and will most likely require some other avenue.Most positive reviews on this business are that of home owners or friends and family.This business should be listed as a scam and tenants should be protected from this treatment.Judy struggles to ever speak a word of truth and cannot be trusted so rent from this company at your own risk.

First time investor of my first home and wouldn't have felt comfortable going with anybody else.I had the utmost confidence in Judy and her team from the very start. I had some wonderful tenants and Judy took care of both them and myself.I ended up selling my property to enable me to purchase in QLD and throughout the sale the tenants and myself were supported and my tenants displayed my home beautifully leading to a great sale price.Thankyou for making my first experience such a great one!

I had Judy back around 8 years ago when she was just starting out, she was good back then and I was paying my rent through centrepay just to find out she was charging me the fees that she was suppose to pay. I got her to take over my next rental after the lease not being renewed on the other property and she charged me again for the fees through centrepay, also did not take into consideration that there were 3 floods which spiked my water bill x5 and took my bond, have not had contact with her since even though I have applied for houses through her.I am currently looking for a rental and the properties that I had applied for I got rejected but they are still up to be rented.The workers are rude but so polite to your face and my rental application went missing and was told this morning that I was unsuccessful. I am glad I have a witness to the treatment of a unprofessional business.Oh and I forgot to mention that they do not check references nor do they contact your personal references.

***edit***I’ve just been contacted by a friend I went to high school with who is also being dragged through the mud. It sounds like Judy has her kids doing most the business matters now. It’s showing.***It's been a quite a few years now since terminating our relationship with Judy Harrow Property Management. I can honestly say that it has been the smartest move for my sanity and health. We encountered various issues as tenants that were never formally discussed. It is safe to say after speaking with close friends and reading reviews we dodged a MASSVE bullet. NOT before JHPM cost our family more than $3000 in unpaid rent.This time for a property we were trying to lease, I assume Judy personally decided the property ''was not tenant ready''. In my opinion this was a desperate bid to hold up the sale process because of personal vendettas. I am horrified at what we experienced as a family at her hands.
