Just rang Handybin office and they said no bulk pickups for two months.Sorry this is not a services for Coffs Harbour residence if there is no service for two two months.Was told by Coffs Harbour City Council you can call Handybin two times a year from March too March and pay $44.00 for 3m3 for bulk and they will pick it up. >Not true

Absolutely Terrible service when i missed putting my red bin out after a huge night with my newborn baby Firstly i called Bellingen council and was told there was no problem and asked for my address, phone number and then said my bins will be emptied tomorrow two days later i ring the council again and get told they have nothing to do with it and ill be directed straight to Handy Bin Coffs Harbour, Extremely rude woman answered the phone and didnt care for anything the council had said She then told me It will be a $10 fee to get my bin collected Because its not actually our fault for you not getting your bins done" She said

Shocking company. Drivers half empty bins. Spread rubbish over lawns. The staff are rude. Council need to change the contract

depend on whom you speak too, sometimes you can speak to an EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE who won't even let me finished my sentence or explained my situation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
