Lennock Hyundai

It's been around 6months since I picked up my car and my partner's at Lennock Hyundai. They are always attentive everytime I come by. Specially appreciate 'Savo' and 'Muhammad' who helped us in both consultant and finance aspects they are absolutely superb!

Absolutely great experience. Matt was fabulous in helping me with my purchase and was a perfect blend of helpful and made suggestions but was in no way pushy or condescending. If you are after a used car, would 100% recommend talking to Matt. He will listen and give you options all the while being lovely, friendly and make it a great experience. And the other staff I dealt with were also great - so it feels that they have their staff culture in a really good place.I'd been to a couple of other car dealerships and had not been overly impressed with the staff - they ranged from dismissive to pushy to just uncomfortable. So while my car was the perfect one for me - great price and what I wanted - I would probably not have brought it if it was at some of the other dealerships.Car is great, was a great price and exactly what I wanted. Having great people help make it happen was the perfect icing on the cake.

I personally want to give my utmost gratitude to the Hyundai team headed by Floor Manager Andrew on the best experience we have received when we traded in x2 of our private use cars and buying a new one.The whole process went very smoothly and only took us two very short weeks to drive home in our new much loved Venue.To Tia, you are an absolute legend, you maybe very young but your customer service skills are very highly commendable. You kept us in the loop at all times of what was next to come and it was pleasurable to do business with you due to the fact that you are very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and queries. Your knowledge of the interior of the car plus its latest technology was next level. You took time to explain everything in detail to me and my daughter and that made us so happy driving away that day knowing what to do. Tia, you kept checking up on how the car was going first week in then few weeks later and your recent call a few days ago to my hubby just shows us how dedicated you are to your customers happiness. We absolutely can not fault you and the team at Lennock Hyundai for your excellent service.To George across at Lennock Landrover, what can I say, you are the financial mastermind, you made our mind at ease with your expertise in explaining to us everything we needed to know in our financial journey with Lennock Landrover and Hyundai.I encourage anyone who wants to buy a new car or want to trade in their used car to not over look Lennock Hyundai and Landrover, they will go out of their way to assist you in whatever you are looking for.

I picked up my new Hyundai i30 Elite today. Very exciting and a positive experience I have to say, thanks to Hugh McCormack and the team. Hugh took the trouble to pair my phone to the car and Spotify as well. The car was presented immaculately in the showroom with a big yellow bow on it. Well done Lennock Hyundai!

This is my third new car from Lennock Hyundai. I started with a i30 SR and then a Kona Highlander 1.6T and now a i30 N sedan DCT and I love it. Lennock and the service has always been great including Rose in the service department and with vehicle both Muhammad and of course Savo who looked smart in his suit today. Thank Savo for all your friendly professional and understanding service through sometimes strained msgs asking about the whereabouts of my car has it been built etc etc thanks for your patience. We purchased a Tuscon from Hugh at Lennock Hyundai in September 22.10/10 experience, I have since recommended Lennock Hyundai and Hugh specifically to anyone who comments on our new car.Hugh is very knowledgeable, followed through on everything he said and secured the exact car quickly. Everyone else at Lennock Hyundai was helpful, polite and courteous.
