TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. AVOID!AVOID!AVOID! My facts: I accepted a retaining wall quote from Matthew owner of WOC for $32k. He said he would start an urgent wall within 3 weeks and the rest within 8 weeks. Sacked him after 5 months of his stalling and unexplained price increases. Despite our contract, when engineering came back he upped it to $55k! Then to $77k - 140% increase! No proper explanation - EVER! Couldn't detail the variations - said he didn't know how to break it down!?! Really? When I said I wanted my money back he said he’d go back to $55k??? When I persisted in seeking a refund he became very angry. After 3 more months I received only a partial refund. ASIC shows he has owned and closed several of these businesses. Hmmm... I wonder why? If you want professional – look elsewhere.

Our new Outdoor Area is lovely! I can't recommend Western Outdoor Creations highly enough. When you are spending so much time at home a new outdoor area is just what the doctor ordered!

Western Outdoor Creations is great to work with from plan to completion. The team were friendly and prompt and now we have a great new deck to play some tunes!
