Crust Pizza Dee Why
The pizzas are good , if you pick them up yourself. Service is really bad and that’s not on the staff to blame! They can’t handle the amount of work they have. Whenever I am there they are running to make it all happen, plus they have lack of delivery guys. If you pick the pizza up they’ll tell you that it will be ready in about 20 min….but it’s actually 40 - 45 at least. If you look to get it delivered you would get it faster from Italy. It takes 2+ hrs (3 times that I have ordered and living 5 min away from Crust) and when you get it it’s cold. Better experience with pick up.

Food turned up really hot with plenty of toppings and salad looked and tasted delicious. Delivery driver was incredibly friendly and polite!! Thanks Crust Dee Why!!

IT'S ACTUALLY 0 (ZERO). Ordered my pizza's at 5.37pm and was informed the order would be ready in 20min. Well, I had to wait til 6.27pm for my order - 2 pizzas were cold & hard crust, one pizza hot which makes me think that the delay was due to forgetting to put the other pizza in....they didn't even bother to apologies for the delay and misinformed timing.It's NOT the staff / kids (all young in their teens and 20s) fault , it's the Management for not providing a proper customer service training to their staff!!In all fairness this it's not my first cold / long waited order, I AM DONE with Crust Dee Why and maybe all other Crust too!!I guess my hard working money didn't deserve an apology!

I ordered paneer pizza last week they gave me cold pizza half cooked and paneer was burned totally and bad service over the phone …i have horrible experience twice and also I ordered pizza again my wait times went double and no apologies or courtesy phone or message… i will never order from here again they are taking customers for granted because Crust is a big name

Very slow delivery and dodgy VIPP special. Took 1.5 hours to get our delivery that was placed before 5pm. The VIPP special that this store offers is deceiving as they call it a small garlic and herb squares which is not even available to order as it's a tiny version of the starter garlic and herb squares. This is not cool to make it seem like a good special but it's actually just a made up tiny pizza. Go back to free delivery. Photos attached.

Avoid is possible. Quoted 2 hours for delivery. after two hours I was called to see if I could collect my delivery, otherwise it would be another hour. When I asked for refund I was told I’d have to wait until the end of the night as the manager wasn’t there. Not the first time either. Never using Crust Dee Why again.

Clean, good pizzas, generous amount of toppings however the service is slow. I had to wait for online preordered pizza 12 more minutes after arriving at the store.

Very rude staff, Harjit . Placed an order through uber eats and the driver kept cancelling. All i did was called and said to keep the order hot till picked up . She was so rude and kept arguing and telling me to take it with uber . I have.a restro of my own and food needs to atleast be hot wen picked up . Learn some customer service.
