Great gym- the staff are helpful and friendly. The only downsides are that the choice of machines is limited- for example no stair master- and when Group Circuits are in session there isn’t much room on the floor.Fantastic amenities- toilets and showers are clean- and the lockers are provided free of charge.

We love this gym. Staff are lovely, classes are great and the facilities are well looked after and often updated. Highly recommend using this gym.

Loving the reformer classes here. Staff and instructors are friendly and helpful. It makes me feel like I’m part of a warm and welcoming community of lovely women. Keen to start doing their other classes as their timetable has a great variety of different workouts to keep it interesting.

Love this gym, especially the Reformer classes which have been so beneficial to me. The instructors are fabulous in both Reformer and Group Classes and I love the way that I am warmly greeted each time I enter the gym by the reception staff. Have made many great friends here too!

They are very professional and follow the Covid safe guidelines to a tee. Front desk staff are so friendly and make you feel very welcome, especially that Stella. Best all women’s gym I’ve ever been to. 10/10

I love their classes and it's the first gym I've felt comfortable going to. Highly recommend!

The gym facilities are good, plenty of space.The only downside is they have a functional area where there are private group trainings. I've been kicked out of this room a few times. The timetable of these private trainings isn't publicised so there's a little lacking.Crèche is good, the ladies are super lovely.

I love this gym! It is my safe haven. The staff are super friendly and the trainers are great. Anna has been an excellent PT and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. It's not massive and there's not a heap of the same machines but it's big enough. I find the all female" aspect also makes it a very comfortable environment.As you can see
