Really disappointing service - was emailing back and forth working on designs to order in bulk for our wedding and then there was no response - 3 attempts and 2 months later, still nothing.

Kyca coolers and his owner carolyn is a cheater/fraud in Wagga,NSW, Australia. I'm a neoprene manufacturer from China. She bought from stubby holders from me from 2013-2018. The bill from 26th, Feb, 2016 to 29th, Mar, 2018 is US$64615, but only US$48585 was paid in total, the balance US$ 16070 have not been paid since April, 2018. Now in the past more than 3 years, many emails are sent to her, many calls are made, and messages are sent to her via facebook, there's alway no reply. I just need a reply about payment, and what's happened there. I have all the email record with her. Now I want to expose this. May I still trust Australians there? Other Australians are very kind in the business I meet. Everyone in the Wagga Wagg, In the NSW, in the Australia shall boycott her. Attached is the artworks of some products. Shame on her. Shame on her.

Really disappointing service. We ordered and paid and it took 10 weeks for us to get our products. I tried to contact numerous times via email, Facebook messages and phone for them to go unanswered for 2 weeks. Finally I got a reply to say it was sent just before Christmas ( two weeks prior to the reply) the product arrived and the dispatch date was the 3rd of January 2019 so not the date given which was before Christmas. The delivery also came from China, my understanding going of the following snippet from company’s website “Kyca is a small business and is still run from home which means that every product that is purchased is hand finished and checked for quality before being sent to you.” Is that the product is made by them in Oura, NSW which is not the case at all.I wouldn’t recommend them nor would I shop from them again purely because of the lack of customer service, the 10 week wait for the product we paid for without any correspondence on where our order was at.
