I had a great experience with Cyanergy from the first interaction to the final transaction.The sales person Mohammed was very informative and friendly. The installers were also very courteous and professional.The only thing I could fault if the instruction manual. It is very basic and does not go into detail about the 3 running modes of the hot water system.I would definitely recommend Cyanergy to anyone looking to upgrade their current hot water system.

Saw an ad for Cyanergy heat pump hot water system installation through the government rebate which seemed too good to be true. But I promise it’s not! After filling out the expression of interest form, Anwar and his team were very quick to call and arrange installation of a brand new hot water system in under a week. The electrician and plumbers who did the installation were professional and courteous. The work was done within an hour and for just the $99. No payment was required until the work was complete. They even took away my old system and cleaned up everything. Very impressed with the whole process!

I was a bit skeptical of how well this scheme would go, but after looking into it and chatting with other people who had gotten it done, it seemed good, so gave this company a go as they seemed to be professional and timely in their responses, and it all turned out great. The contractors did a great job for a job that was a bit more complicated as they had to move the system outside. But now enjoying the system, haven't got the first bill yet but the system is working well.

Found out about the NSW hot water storage tank replacement scheme from a colleague. Looked at Cyanergy heat pumps due to their 5yr warranty and AIO solution. Costed $99 fully installed. Took pictures of old tank, meter board and access to tank, and sent it to Tausif. He arranged installation within the week. Everything installed accordingly and installers were great. The unit has a timer now set to turn on during solar hours.

I saw the ad amongst others in my Facebook timeline. Was a bit dubious so I went to the NSW government website, saw that Cyanergy was accredited and legit. Called Friday, heat pump system was installed by Tuesday arvo. Installers were great. Super quick install, cleaned up and took their rubbish. Quick overview of system interface, super quiet too. Days later got a customer satisfaction call, all good. Have recommended to mates.
