While I was bit frustrated at having to wait for an appointment as a new patient I certainly couldn't fault the care I received once I was at the clinic. A professional and caring attitude from reception, nursing and medical staff.

Very happy with the service I receive. Staff are friendly and helpful. Doctors are friendly and do their job very well. The only issue I have is with the system when phoning them. Sometimes there are reasonably long waiting times to have your call answered. Maybe putting more office staff on would solve this.
