I asked for a quote to remove a dangerous tree after the bushfires. The person who came out was Matt and he was very abrupt and rude. He asked why I needed a written quote and I told him it was for the insurance company. He said they don’t cover tree removal under insurance. All I needed was the quote as requested by my insurance company and you would have had the job, but he was extremely difficult to deal with. I finally got the quote and used someone else who was much more polite.You lost the job because of Matt. And he was wrong. My insurance company paid for the tree removal. Your loss!
