We are building our 1st home with Ridgewater and dealing with Ashwani Sharma so far we are quite satisfied & really impressed with Ashwani's service. Our consultant Ashwani Sharma & building supervisor Michael Rugolino is responsive to all our enquiries whether by emails or by phone. They both follows with me to ensure we understand the procedures and ensured that our selection and preferences are being put in place. Even after signing the contract, Ashwani and Michael both provides us the updates weekly with the photos of progress and every time I called any of them they promptly addresses any concerns in a very friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend to choose Ashwani Sharma as your consultant at Ridgewater and you won't regret.

Pathetic supervision - alot was missed and had to be redone - TV nook not allign (back wall not straight)Ridgewater hires cheap contractor to build especially the finishing stage - overall the quality of house is below standard. Alot of issues with Stair case, enterance door, roof paint, TV nook, flooring, Bathrooms and facade, down pipes, roof tiling.Post construction issue which were agreed on settlement still not resolved as we speak.The quality i got is below par if i compare the cost as every thing was charge on premium rates.

Simply the best experience we could’ve hoped for.Building your forever home can be daunting but Ridgewater Homes made the experience so much easier.In the building industry nothing goes smoothly 100% of the time as there are so many variables that affect progress. Ridgewater however were fast and efficient in their planning and progress and it all worked like a well oiled machinery.The whole process from ground break to hand over took less than 10 months being a double storey. While performing works at a good pace there has been no compromise in quality and workmanship.Communication with the team was painless, any slight hiccup was notified and remedied. Highly recommend if anyone looking for a reliable builder.We love our new home.Thank you team Ridgewater!!

Trustworthy builderThis was my first time with Ridgewater homes, and I must say the service was amazing. Judging from their service, i best hope that my house which they are building turns out to be as great as their service and their transparency. There were a few common issues from both sides but they were easily fixed from their end which made our life a whole lot easier. Moreover, our house floor plan was very well prepared by Amit Ray, a very honest and helpful sales consultant. I would strongly recommend people to approach him if you want to make your dream come true.

Ashwani and Ridgewater excellent so far.Our journey with RW has been quite smooth with all of our enquiries and requests being handled promptly by Ashwani. We have been kept informed though every step and they have also been reasonable in their quotes. Hope the build phase and beyond are equally pleasant with them. Quite happy

Second Time Round Just As Good.This is the second time we are building with RW. They value people rather than just the dollar amount in contracts. Genuine building company with excellent staff and systems delivering good quality homes. Our first house was built just about 5 years ago and second one has been off to a flying start. Highly recommended!!

Kudos to Jay Desai and the entire team!While we were still securing our spectacular land facing the city, we met Jay with our sketch plan inspired by Vaastu. It has been a pleasure to collaborate with Jay all along. He is deeply knowledgeable and made everything from start to finish in the Planning stage an absolute breeze.To cater for our project-specific requirements, Jay proposed building with their group company Elements Design & Build.The entire team has been very professional and helpful. Their mindfulness has enhanced our custom floor plan and contemporary façade with the use of modern cladding materials and architectural upgrades. They have been extremely valuable with colour schemes, compositions and cladding materials, helping us in making the right choice in no time.Special thanks to them for all the pleasant discussions during the follow-ups and patience in going over the design, inclusions, prices, and so on several times.We are pleased to have signed the contract with Elements Design & Build and look forward to similar experiences in the coming stages of the journey.
