I bought a set of roof racks, it was the best price I could find. While installing it on site, they offered to lend me a ladder, and showed me how to install it. I would definitely shop here again, good prices and friendly staff.

Note added on 9 Jan 2023: Warning to anyone who writes a negative review about BC Auto. They set up profiles and write negative google reviews in response about YOUR business, even though they have never had anything to do with your business, and know nothing about it. I've just had a review of our horse stud, saying we provide 'very poor service'. Well, we don't stand a stallion, so we don't actually provide any 'service' at all :-) Seriously though, the response to my initial review is also completely inaccurate. I wasn't even asking BC Auto for a refund when I contacted them. As my review states, I was asking about replacement side steps, despite the fact that side steps should not break, when used as intended, after only a couple of years. The fact that they wouldn't communicate with me, despite me trying to contact them so many times, says volumes. What they have done to me, and others, is completely unprofessional. Buyer beware!Original post: Zero after sales service. Won't answer the phone, respond to the website contact form or reply to emails.I purchased running boards for my D-Max dual cab ute, which broke when I stood on them to get into the tray. I weigh 62kg. The quality of this product is obviously extremely poor, and BC Auto refuse to speak to me about what I can do about replacing them. Some after sales service would be great.
