We have been with Ray White rental as landlords for almost three years and Emma and Louise have been amazing to work with. They are incredibly professional, communicative, friendly and proactive. Great Real Estate Agent to deal with.Bruno Cascianelli has been involved in Real Estate in the Lilydale region for many years and we had no hesitation in approaching Bruno to sell our Lilydale property.We have certainly not been disappointed with our decision.The climate was uncertain due to COVID-19 but we pressed on with trying to sell our property and boy oh boy, what a result. The property sold within two days and Bruno was able to obtain a sale price in excess of what we had hoped for.I would have no hesitation in using Bruno again and I implore vendor's to consider using Bruno to sell their properties, especially in the Lilydale region.

We have recently purchased our home through Ray White Lilydale and had them to consult on the sale of our own property.  Lucinda was communicative and accommodating until deposit was finalised. Bruno was inflexible, non-contactable and unprofessional in all instances. It took my husband 4 messages and an email for Bruno to return his call regarding a final inspection of our purchase for which he would not offer any alternative other than the one time that was convenient to himself resulting in my not being able to attend. Definitely a sellers agent with a very different level of service provided for the purchaser. I did expect more considering the substantial transactions taking place.
