Had a note 10 that had charging issues took it in they said they fixed it then the screen blackout stopped working took it in again then my phone has lost mobile data reception and can't get calls took it in again and they said after that it's not covered under warranty and it's my sim card after I got a new sim card my phone has a problem with reception I will not even bother taking back 2 them they fixed 1 thing while breaking another part corrupt and not honest avoid if you wanna avoid issues.

Poor customer service received by this store, went there today with receipt which shows clearly that if you go back within a month they will fix the issue and they didn't, instead he was rude and said to me you explain how you broke it" and then he said that the 30 days warranty is not for what I paid for

My phone fixing process is too much complicated. But the manager fixed it very well. Now all function is working and glass become brand new. He is so awesome. Amazing staff, great prices and quality products, my screen protectors from them last ages and they’re always so helpful with any issues I have, have had my repairs elsewhere and didn’t have guarantee after fixing, had problems elsewhere and they’d never help me out and say it’s not their issue, with case pro they have that guarantee they pre and post test your phone and have great customer service helping you in every way they can, will definitely recommend and continue to repair with them!!!! They’re so honest and the staff are always so friendly too! Thanks guys!!! Awesome service! Keep it up :)

Thankyou so much for your fast friendly service. I received quotes from 5 other stores for an iPhone 13 back replacement. This was the cheapest quote by $100. I will be using itop Churchill from now on in the future if I need this service.

Worst quality product I found here. Got a UV screenguard for my phone for 45 dollars. He guaranteed that nothing would happen to it and I can come back to him if something goes wrong. The glass cracked on the 4th or 5th day without even falling. Guy was very rude and was not ready to accept. After a long time, he agreed to replace. New product cracked again on the 2nd day. Running a scam business. Does not even show the product before applying. Don't ever go here.

The service was prompt and thorough. They repaired my phone on the day and kept me upto date with the progress. Demi was very patient and even got a Coloured screen to match my old one on the same day. Extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend.

I was very happy with the service here. The staff were very informative and honest about the repairs they did, even offering a guarantee if I wasn’t happy. Their prices are incredibly cheap compared to other places that I’ve had my phone fixed, not just for repairs but also the cases and accessories are about half the price of everywhere else. I will definitely be going back here again.
