L & L Communications iPhone repair shop

I recently had an amazing screen replacement experience at L&L Communications, and I can't Express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service I received. From start to finish, everything about my visit was outstanding. High quality part and economic price!!

I went to L&L Communications in order to repair my iphone 8 plus broken screen and broken back glass.A staff, Jason, served me informed me phone’s repair and provided me a excellent service. I am so glad to get my phone fixed perfectly and such a great service and warranty. You guys the best ever in this industry.. awesome!!

I had a broken Samsung phone which purchases not long ago and unfortunately broke my screen few months later. I went to L&L Communications and fixed my phone and became a new phone and also bought a screen protector there today. I went to every single phone accessory store in Melbourne and all they had were UV tempered glass screen protectors. The issue with tempered glass and my phone is it stops my phones fingerprint sensor from working. L&L Communications was the only store that offered a super strong silicon base screen protector which is what I was looking for (due to the self healing properties, rubbery butter smooth feeling and allowing the ultrasonic fingerprint reader to still work without issue. Sure you can argue L&L Communications was pricier. However, its a good quality screen protector. Unlike normal screen protectors, it wraps around the phone to the back. So, there's no edges of the screen protector showing inside the case, and collecting further dust. Sure I could have bought the screen protector online and saved myself maybe $10 or so. But I've done that over 10 times and every time i always find lint or some other type of dirt under the screen protector. Which is annoying and costly. So not really saving anything. The guy who served me, I forgot to ask for his name, was a lovely Jason gentleman, who was extremely professional, friendly and did an amazing install. Thank you to him. Ill be coming back when I need a new screen protector.

Jason is superb. I’m very silly with anything technical. Jason makes it easy for me. He gives me all the positive vibes, very positive. And the price is decent.Will definitely come and look for Jason for my needs.

Went in to get iPhone XS screen replaced asked for a good oled he said yeah no worry, when I got my phone back, face recognition and earpiece speaker didn’t work anymore and he had put a cheap lcd screen in. Jason the owner wouldn’t take responsibility for his dodgy workmanship and told me I needed to prove that it worked prior to bringing it in, which was impossible. I took the phone to a local guy I trust, he fixed the flex cable and said the only way that would have torn is when replacing the screen I’ve asked for a refund for his poor workmanship but he has refused. I I could leave 0 stars I would.His solution was to give me a $100 refund and he wanted to take the screen back off my phone which would then cost me another $180 to get a competent repair man to put another screen on

DO NOT EVER GET YOUR PHONE FIXED AT THIS SHOP. Absolutely disgusted in the lies and terrible workmanship of the business owner.My front camera was blurry but everything else was working. I paid to get the front camera replaced and then after he replaced it, Face ID was not working. He said it was not working before which is a lie.I asked for what was fair which was a refund or even a partial refund and he refused.Clearly he does not know what he is doing and he takes no pride in his workmanship or business.I would NOT recommend getting him to fix your phone ever! Complete waste of money and time!!

A big shoutout to Jason, he was so professional and patient in helping me out with my concerns in getting my iphone xr screen replaced. Very happy with the service.Definitely going back to get some cases later when I upgrade to the iphone 12 series as they seems to have a great range to choose from.

this business owner will be reported to consumer affairs. Ripping off my son and taking his hard earned money is a discrace. Phone not repaired and not giving a refund is really poor.You only get away with ripping customers off once.STAY AWAY

I was working here for almost 3 years. I’ve made a lot of friends and had wonderful experience in this shop. Now it has been changed into a new name which is great. I hope the new owner will continue bringing excellent service to all customers and making them happy as well. Also, I appreciate all the customers who like and support me in the past three years.
