Melbourne on the Move

Highly recommend Melbourne on the Move for all your transporting needs. We used Melbourne on the Move to transport guests to and from our wedding on the Mornington Peninsula. They were fantastic to deal with and helped us a lot to ensure the most efficient itinerary. On the day, it was absolutely seamless and timing was perfect with both buses arriving at the venue at exactly the same time!

I had a fantastic customer experience with Melbourne on the Move and recommend them highly; our group travelled from Daylesford to Hanging Rock for a concert. Firstly, the transport was punctual, professional and on time, on their comfortable coaches. I unfortunately however lost my wallet during the evening and was particularly stressed the following day. It was found on the return coach, Glenn and Carolyn from Melbourne on the Move tracked me down on social media and arranged it to be returned. A massive relief and wonderful customer service, thanks so much.

Booked this service for travelling too/from, Live in the Vines last weekend, from Lilydale Train Station.Service was prompt, drivers friendly and buses clean and would recommend.

We had bus tickets booked to travel to see Rod Stewart at Mount Duneed. Unfortunately the concert was cancelled. Melbourne on the Move informed us immediately of the cancelation and kept us informed via email of the refund process. Our refund was received quickly. The service we received from Melbourne on the Move was outstanding. It was great to deal with a business who did what they said they would do in a hassle free and transparent manner.

Melbourne on the Move did a wonderful job transporting our party through the Yarra Valley on Sunday. We had a fantastic, hassle free experience from booking right through to the end of the day, being dropped off, very happy. Our driver, Guy, was wonderful and made everything run smoothly. He was on time and got us to all our stops, and home, without any issues. He even put up with our “wonderful” singing, on the way home. Thank you again for the professional service and for helping create lots of great memories. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing service from David after a Day on the 'Green' at Mt Duneed. after what ended up being a very wet and muddy day he really went above and beyond to get us home safely.

Our school has been using Melbourne on the Move for a while now and we couldn't be happier! Carolyn and Snowy are so delightful to deal with. They always go above and beyond with their professionalism and attention to detail.Today we attended the Melbourne Zoo. The bus drivers Dan and Russell arrived promptly to our school. As we had left our school, we received a call from our school secretary to say that a student of ours had arrived late and was upset at the prospect of missing out. Without hesitation, Dan turned the bus around and drove back to school to pick her up. This act of kindness far exceeded our expectations.Thank you so much on behalf of all of us :)

Sincere thanks to Melbourne On The Move and the amazing Carolyn for organising a golf buggy to take my disabled husband from the bus area to the venue gates at Rochford on Saturday – I cant even begin to tell you what a difference this made for him on the day.My thanks also to Rob, the Sunbury Lines bus driver, who took us to Rochford, Catherine at Rochford, the driver of the buggy (I don’t know his name), and Snowy, who looked after us on the bus trip home – please let them know how grateful we are for everything they did, everyone was simply amazing.
