Front end damage repairs carried out on my BMW by Jeff and his team at Specific Prestige. Great level of workmanship displayed alongside fantastic communication lead by Kristy. A pleasure to deal with, highly recommend.

Had my Landrover repaired after hitting a Roo. I just couldn't believe it when I got it back. It looked immaculate just how it looked when I bought it 2 years earlier. No question regarding workmanship, absolutely perfect. My only gripe is that the waiting period is too long to get repaired (I waited 2 months) but once they had it, it was fixed in 5 days. Thanks for your work team.

Excellent workmanship! Colour matching was spot on with OEM quality repairs. So good I couldn't believe it was even possible.Pricey but you get what you paid for. Highly recommended for those who are particular about quality bodywork repairs.

Specific Prestige simply put is the best panel repair establishment I've ever had the pleasure of having my vehicle repaired at, they are very precise with their work the front reception staff are also great comes from good management.

Got our insurance job done on VW JETTA 07 and completely wrecked the driver side door hinge after pulling door in and out and claiming it was just due to adjustment.

Time wasters, promised they will provide me with a quote. Decided they wouldn't make enough money on it so decided to back out. Told my insurance company car would be a write off (when it clearly wasn't) to further waste my time. Overrated and terrible customer service.

Very impressed with overall service. My Car was repaired through them after going through VW recommended repairer. The car was presented nice and clean once the repair was done. After a week or two , when the sun was on a specific angle i noticed a small paint imperfection under the brake light. Very small and difficult to notice. To be honest it wasn't a big issue for me as it wasn't that noticeable but on a recent survey the company conducted I did mention it as a side issue. I was contacted and they were very happy to ensure i was satisfied, they didn't make a big deal about not only that I had some scratches under my door that they happily buffed away. As a repairer i would recommend them. Thanks for taken care of my baby :)

Firstly, no names are mentioned as this is not a defamatory review of any particular individual however, the repair work done to my car has been an ongoing saga which still to this date hasn't been resolved. After my car was damaged on the drivers side by a truck trailer I wanted to ensure that my car was being repaired by a Volkswagen approved repair workshop. I received my car back and it quickly became apparent that there was no quality control, care or high quality finish. My insurance company paid almost $20K for extensive paint and new panels to be fitted. Both doors for example were replaced and were not properly fitted and adjusted. They slope and don't hit the strikers properly. Out of goodwill while they resprayed the side of the car I was told a small scuff would be repaired (pre existing) which wasn't. The car was returned with footprints on my immaculate nappa leather seat. The sunroof was inoperative. The reverse sensors were inaudible. The icing on the cake is the attached photo of the door frame where they forcefully removed the wiring harness for the drivers door. They didn't bother to repair it !!If you care about your car, worked hard to own it, my recommendation is shop around somewhere else. And check your policy. You may have just missed out on a new car replacement too!!

Very impressed with the communication and workmanship of my stone chip roof repair on my Polestar 2 electric car. Although there was a 6 month wait, was worth it. Roof was repainted, dent removed, no sign of the damage! Good liason of specific prestige with RAA insurance, and kept me informed about progress. Would recommend for the car makes they service.

I wanted to go with an Audi approved repairer expecting top class service and workmanship, however, I have had an average experience. While the repair itself is of acceptable quality, they were not very transparent about what the repair process was and what parts had been repaired or replaced. I had certain parts missing after reassembly which they did supply and fit after I raised the issue but it still highlights the lack of attention. I also started to hear minor squeaking from panels close to the repaired area which is now annoying. These guys need to level up their service and take customer satisfaction seriously. But then again, they are being paid by the insurance company and not the car owner so why would they care too much?
