Best Feet Podiatry

I have been seeing John for quite a while now and am very happy with the treatment - he is always very friendly and takes the time to explain things. I also had some major toenail surgery done by John and it was very successful - I am very appreciative of the work he has done so far and I am sure to go back to him for more treatment when needed.

I have seen John a couple of times over the last 3 years. His treatment of my feet, advice and provisioning of orthotics has been very good. I have happily returned to get my new orthotics from him. I have always found him considerate and mindful of the cost implications, explaining options clearly. I can highly recommend him for the care he shows in the treatment of my feet. I have been wearing orthotics for approximately 30 years and have seen 3 other podiatrists over that time.

I would not recommend this guy.His fee doesn't meet his professionalism.

Gratitude is the word that fills my heart, knowing that outcome of my plantar fasciitis resolved and healed. In my simple language, it is a miracle! However, it was debilitating and affected my whole being. However, within a short while, I noticed a change and a reduction in pain. I started seeing John at the start of the year due to a recurring toenail infection that wasn't getting better through the treatment of other practitioners , He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and persisted to look after me until we found the root of the problem. I would happily recommend John to anyone as a expert in podiatry and I am extremely happy with his services!

My mum has been a returning customer for a few times now with benefits paid from concession form. This time however, he has asked her to pay $70. This was not mentioned at the start of the session, nor was it mentioned the previous session that she needed an updated referral from the gp. There was also no sms communication. Had this been mentioned, we would have chosen to postpone for another time. John acted in his own best interest rather than that of the patient. Also todays appointment was an extended 50 min session compared to every other time where he just spent 30mins. The only reason i can think of is he knew we would have to pay, and we would be upset, and tried to make the most amount he could out of us. Whilst his work is good, we wont be returning due to the unethical practices here. I dont normally leave any reviews but this needs to be called out for any unexpecting customer.Edit: John, this is not nice to blame on my mums english. She understands and speaks basic english hence you were able to have long conversations each time with her. Its just not good enough that you did not discuss that she had to pay $70 ahead of the treatment or provide any sms notification. How is it that she understood at the end to fork out $70 if you say she does not understand english? With regards to 4 months gap, this is also another point we are upset about. She had to endure forgoing 1 treatment which would have been covered by government, instead that treatment is wasted and gone. Why did your clinic say you are on holidays hence the next appointment needed to be 6th oct? You called me back after i left this review and disputed you went on holiday, so why did your clinic not book us earlier? We have no need to delay treatment when its covered by government. If you knew it expired on the 1st oct why didnt you call her up afterwards or sms us to book earlier or a reminder? Its just poor service here. Please accept your mistakes instead and improve on it of blaming others. You offered no options until i posted this negative review in an attempt to save your business, options should have been provided when you asked her to pay.

I made sure to wait after a few visits before posting a review because it’s important to be certain of the doctor and the clinic. After at least four visits and a toenail removal surgery five weeks ago, I am very confident that others will have a great experience with Dr. John (Jun) and the reception desk staff. Everything is organized and timely. Dr. John is friendly, personable and investigates the source of the foot problem and provides a clear explanation of solutions. I recommend him to everyone because they will be lucky like me to have someone to care about their feet as I have. I have a foot drop condition due to nerve damage and had to remove the pinky toenail that was merging into it skin and causing severe pain. I got quotes from $2000 and up at my local foot clinics in Lakemba and thank God my husband found this doctor in Eastwood. It is worth the 40 minute drive and cost us $400. I’m not associated with them, I just don’t want others spending their hard earn money somewhere else when they can save money here. Best, Rose

Having been to other podiatrist, I have to say Best Feet Podiatry is the best I've been to.Not only is John knowledgeable his service is exemplary. He takes very good care of his patients as well. Highly recommended.
