They have done a great work on my car. I was involved in a not at fault accident, the day 1 I bought my car from the dealer.the rear door was totally damaged. Lombardi bros have done a great work and have reverted my car back to it original condition (brand new). The only negative aspect was their lead time, however that had nothing to do with it as they had to wait for the parts from Korea..

My boys and I just had the best experience with Lombardi Bros. Some lowlife tried to break into our car and left us with no driver's door handle and no way to get into our car (or out) easily. We were sent to Lombardi Bros by our insurance company for a quote and the lovely assessor realised it was not an ideal situation to not be able to get out of the car, and had someone come out straight away to re attach all the bits and pieces to get us back on the road safely. She went throught the process of writing up things she thought we might need ordered but at the end, once it was all put back together they realised we wouldn't need anything. They saved us $500 excess and this claustrophobic mummas mental health! Can't rate their service and care highly enough!

Had a call last week that my car is ready for pick up, was very happy that my car is finally fixed after the collision, but upon arrival i was extremely disappointed by seeing my car and all the flaws, front bumper bar clip on the left side was lose and bent and pushed in by force, and during repair they scratched the bottom of the pillar and the door lip, bonnet hinges had missing paint, bonnet wasnt closing prooerly and didnt even bother to wash, the whole front end was covered in dust and could see all the flaws on the bonnet, after refusing to pick up the car, i have been told they will fix it and few hours later i got call again telling me the car is ready for pick up, makes me wonder, how it got fixed that quick. Reported it to RAC as well as they are RAC'S REPAIRER

Absolutely useless and dishonest. Disgraceful company. Car has been taking 3+ months to be repaired through RAC.After one month they state that they have only just got the parts in. 2 months later and it’s not done. Bumper and side panel.Every time I call weekly they cannot “find your car on our system” at first, and when they do it’s “oh it’s done this week by Friday!” but it never is. It has been this way for 2 months.Cannot rate their work itself yet as the car is still being done. No updates, no actual ETA, just dishonesty.Would encourage anyone to stay away. COVID is no excuse for dishonesty.Edit: 4 months later and car was returned. 1 inch gap on left side of body panel compared to right. You can see the floor through it.Various missing clips and fittings, and the reverse sensors do not work correctly. Car now has to go back again.

I was forced to go here due to being a “preferred supplier” to RAC. The whole process has been a joke. Was told my car would be ready on the 1st as only had spray painting to do. That went out to the 4th then now it’s the 6th as they only just received a part they needed to finish the job. Someone either is happy to lie to customers or has no idea what is actually going on. Avoid them

Their paint mixing (colour accuracy) and painting skills are really good. however, maybe my car is Honda, not as well branded as others. But, they should do the service as good as if they do their job on other expensive cars. It took 3 repair visits (because I wasn't happy with the result and missing parts) and it took 8-9 weeks in total to fix my dent roof and front bumper, which doesn't make any sense. They also un-organise. Some of my sunroof parts went missing after my 1st repair visit. I've told them that there were missing parts and my front bumper is not well mounted. But they keep ignoring what I've said, instead, they keep telling me that my front bumper is heavy, which causes its mounted in an angle, plus they thought that the loose sunroof rail covers are normal. I have to complaint to them and to my insurance company 3 times for them to listen and to try to find out what are the missing parts.Finally, after my 3rd visit complaining about their job and 4 weeks working on my car, they finally listen to my expectation and finally replace my front bumper with a brand new one, they look for the missing parts, they try to fix my roof again. The 3rd repair visit took more than 4 weeks to fix the original problem. In total, it took 8 weeks. Now my front bumper is installed properly (because they finally replace it with a brand new bumper), roof fix result is acceptable, however it took additional 2 more days to fix the sunroof shade cover stopper because the sunroof shade over stopper is still missing since 1st pick up and not fixed. If they listen to what I said since day one, most probably, all of the task on this repair job should be resolved in less than 3 weeks.Their business hour is from 8-4.30pm. Another disappointed thing is, for both first and second fix, they notify us that the fix is completed on Friday, at 4.15pm and recommending us to pick it up on Monday morning. We live 10 mins away from their workshop. if they told us earlier, we can pick up the car to allow us to use it on the weekend.The attached photos are the roof dents next to my sunroof after my 2nd visit.Paint skills : 5/5Panel beater skills : 3/5dismantle and installing parts : 1/5communication skills : 1/5listening skills : 1/5and very unorganised.Summary of the issues.1st visit: Car bumped to another car, which result front bumper is dent. We accidentally close the garage door onto the car's roof. result a dent 2-5cm behind the sunroof. This repair took 2 weeks1st pick up: The sunroof shade stopper is missing. From there, I can see that there are more missing parts on the sunroof (support bar & rail covers were really loose). Front bumper's not mounted properly. 3mm lower than what it should be. Explained to the mechanic & Ricardo the issue i've found on Monday afternoon.2nd visit. Explained to the mechanics & Ricardo the issue i've found. The mechanic keep telling me that the front bumper panel gap is normal for Honda Odyssey, and keep blaming on the weight of the front bumper. I've told them again about the missing sunroof shade cover stopper. Body line around the sunroof is not properly fixed, causes it is not aligned with the sunroof. They sent my car to Sunroof specialist to re-align my sunroof instead of fixing the body panel. This repair took another 2 weeks.2nd pickup: Mechanic told me that the bumper mounting has been replaced. For me, it looks exactly the same on how i pick it up from the first fix. Sunroof shade cover stopper and other parts are still missing.Consult with the insurance through email, with photos and videos as a proof of missing parts.3rd visit. Explain to Ricardo & mechanic again that the sunroof stopper and other parts are still missing and I'm still not happy with the front bumper. This repair took 4 weeks in total!!!!3rd pickup: Front bumper has finally mounted properly. Some of missing parts on my sunroof have been installed. The stopper still missing. Took another 2 days to install the stopper.Even up until now, there're still missing part on my car.
