Mark (the owner) was very accommodating to our needs. Paul (the operator) is an easy going guy and yet very professional in his work.We had 2 septics, greywater and grease trap emptied and cleaned.We previously had the same servicing with another business but paid an additional $160 with poor service.Great service all round - Highly Recommend.

Fantastic service. We needed both a septic tank and grease trap pump out. Paul the operator was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and a genuine good bloke. Even fixed a blockage at the inlet. A pleasure to do business with and would Highly Recommend these guys to anyone.

Fantastic Service. Cleaned our septic tank, grey water tank & grease trap. Came a couple of days after phoning up. They have done a great job & it was the most cost effective I could find. Highly recommended!!

Called for advice as a first time septic tank owner. Super friendly and helpful staff who guided me through how to clear a baffle blockage avoiding a septic or plumber visit. Will use these guys when I need my tank pumped!

Mark gave me his mobile number so I could send through some pictures and saw the problem right away. My float valve had contacted the wall of the grey water tank and this is why I had an overflow. No charge as I am an existing customer and he is an awesome guy. Great work and thanks for answering the call with great customer service and easily understood and explained actions to do and general information. Above and beyond what you see normally these days this company has good people.
