The system i have is absolute garbage , my mrs has MS this system has stopped 5 times in 2 years. these guys sell factory seconds because its garbage.I would go elsewhere even the installer they recommended stuffed it up and pinched wires total garbage.always a reason why warranty WILL NOT COVER IT.WASTE OF $3500

I phoned this place up when my house was nearly finished being built and thought id buy a ducted air conditioning system from them. Im pretty sure I talked to the bloke off of the tv advert, it sounded like him , I asked him if I could get my system through him , he said no mate I only really deal with tradies, I thought are you kidding me?, im wanting to spend many thousands of dollars and he doesn’t wanna even talk to me?, what a complete gronk, well you lost money someone else got it and im only spending lots of money on more aircon units for more houses, don’t say in your advert that the general public is welcome if you only deal to TRADIES!
