The girls at Ferrari where so helpful and went above and beyond to help. They made me feel super special about my big day. Highly recommended.They were also great with my partner trying on suits. The best in albury!

I booked my appointment almost 2 weeks ago. When arriving yesterday we were shown the 4 sections of dresses and told to have a look and choose something. I couldn't decide and showed photos that I had on my phone. The sales assistant looked at them shook her head and said we have nothing like this. The sales assistant then went and gathered some dresses for me to try on. Being a bigger lady and having an allergy to lace, I was told I'd need to go to Sydney as they don't normally fit brides as big as me (I'm as size 22).As the sales assistant started walking away I said is it ok if we try some bridesmaids dresses on one of my bridesmaids? The sales assistant turn to us and said 'go and have a look,we have another appointment in 10 minutes'. I left the store upset and feeling intimidated and looked down upon due to my weight.

I’ve recently been looking for my wedding dress. My first experience (at another bridal shop) was so sterile and rushed. I thought wow this is nothing like I imagined. I then went to Ferrari and the experience blew all my expectations. Gemma was my bridal dress consultant and she honestly went above and beyond. She was casual, fun, knew what she was talking about. I felt like I was in the movies. I tried so many dresses on, had champagne, laughed, had some tears and the best part I found my dress. It was nothing like I had in my head and Im so so glad she let me try on so many different styles. I could not recommend them or Gemma enough. 12/10 experience.

First time in this shop looking for a wedding dress. And the service was so welcoming and friendly just absolutely made you feel so special. Just the atmosphere when you walk into the store was amazing. The service from Gemma and the team was absolutely fantastic. 10/10.

I received no confirmation email or test, so called to ask about my appointment. They suggested to book in for 9.30. We got there at 9.30 and the store was closed. I called the store and they said they're not open but that's okay, they'll come open the door. We got in and they'd asked if we were double vaxxed, which we were not yet so we got sent away. I got no phone call asking if were double vaxxed, or notifying us of the rule. A simple phonecall would have saved us going all the way there.

Absolute worst!!! Booked an appointment for my daughter for her Deb…no one helped us until it came time to pay and order the dress, payed 1/2 and ordered a brand new dress, a month later it finally arrived, went in to try it on and it wasn’t brand new, it was dirty, broken zipper, stitching coming undone, they found another one in Melbourne said it would be express posted or better still sent by plane and would be here the following Tuesday…..ring numerous times on the Tuesday and no dress!!!! Trying to get the tracking number of toll….who ever sent it would have that also not just toll!!!! So many excuses as to why I didn’t arrive, finally arrived on the Wednesday afternoon, went in on the Thursday to pick up and was told oh it should be ok no one has tried it on….it was ordered in brand new for my daughter why would someone be able to try it on??? Payed the rest of the money and all we got out of this was a free pair of Deb gloves….that’s if they even send them!!!! Will never use again.

Amazing service from Bree (and hub). Hired only a pair of pants for an event and came in wrong pant length. Called right on closing time to ask what to do. Store Manager Bree organised to come in after hours just to open up and fix the issue. Absolutely amazing service considering it was also her kid free night and heading out to enjoy her evening and still took so much extra time getting it exactly right. Thank you Bree - your customer service is outstanding.

Bree and the Girls at Ferrari Albury were great to work with and could not be any more highly recommended. Their customer service was above and beyond during Covid times. These lovely ladies were so helpful, organised and kind when helping me choose my wedding attire through all the challenges that Covid presented. All questions were answered, everything was followed up in a friendly and timely manner. These girls know their stuff. By far the best customer service in town! A big thank you to Bree and her team!

When I was trying on dresses (twice I went in) both women were absolutely lovely and very helpful. I paid $950 deposit for a dress in 2021 and then was unable to have my wedding due to lockdowns in August of that year. A couple months later I called to see if I could store credit as I ended up getting pregnant on top of not being able to get married on our date planned. Everything seemed to be okay. Went in to try on more dresses mid 2022 and they had somehow stuffed up my store credit and this didn’t get properly sorted until a couple months later. I then got pregnant again and they said that’s all good, store credit still stands. I called 2 months ago enquiring about my store credit and trying to organise coming in to use it for groomsmen’s suits and shoes, they couldn’t find me on the system and apparently the receipt that I have doesn’t count as store credit even though that’s what was given to me? Promised a call back which never happened. Unable to reach the store by phone and I’m unable to go into the store as they lock the doors and ignore customers. Very disappointed and down almost $1,000 with no resolution in sight.
