Stopped by JB HI FI Carseldine to buy a new TV. Andrew in TV department was very knowledgeable and steered us towards a better TV than we had originally picked in the same price range. Even went out of his way to see if there was a particular model in the warehouse around back. Great Service from Andrew and definitely recommend JB HI FI Carseldine.

The service from purchase to install was excellent, bought a fridge and they charged $85 for next day delivery. They also took the old fridge away for that price, the two fellas who delivered the fridge were very professional and so friendly. Definitely recommend this business.

Really disappointing service, and was unable to locate service counter. Its over on a side wall and there is nothing to guide you to it from the front door. Very poor design! However good value for money on the DVDs I bought- when I could find someone for assistance.

I have been a customer of this store for years and have never been asked if I want help, and today, I was greeted and helped by Atheena.Her service was outstanding, and she went above and beyond to help me. I would just like to say that Athena was amazing and so helpful switching my phone plan over to Telstra. Even though it can be a long process, she kept the conversation going so time didn’t drag on. Very happy with my experience today.

This company keeps putting products online that are no longer available. They take your money indicating item available, you than get a message to say item not available. You than have to wait for up to 4 working days to get your money back. I tried to buy a tv and my partner tried to buy a watch. Both items indicating in stock.

I have ordered an item and payed in full. Item arrived damaged. They reschedule to pick up and replace the next weekend and I'm still waiting, they don't show up!!!!. They reschedule again and it arrives damaged again. I cancelled the order and request a refund. That was done and i was told come and get your refund as soon as it has been picked up. Went to the shop to get my refund and was told someone must confirm that it was picked up before we can refund, nobody has confirm yet .The time i have spend by riding up and down and the 3 weekends i have wasted is unbelievable .If you put that into money terms i should get the item for free. I did not even get an apology from them . I will never deal with JB HI FI again. I have just moved into a house and needed some stuff and guess what I went somewhere else with no problems and had my items delivered . Absolutely useless Management team

Recently bought a TV from here and the guy helping me was helpful without being pushy. Even showed me a different model than the one I'd come in for which was a better deal, and I'm extremely happy he did.

I was thoroughly impressed with their attentiveness and the level of care they extended during my visit.The remarkable customer experience did not end there. As a result of the unparalleled assistance that Richard and Tom provided, I was compelled to make additional purchases beyond my initial intention. Despite the location being situated further away from my residence, I would undoubtedly revisit this branch of JB Hi-Fi due to the positive experience and outstanding service that I received.I express my heartfelt gratitude to Richard and Tom for making my visit a truly remarkable one.

Went into JB at Carseldine and spoke to Anna about my Telstra mobile phone plan. So very helpful and polite! Anna changed my plan and checked to make sure everything was activated.Such a positive experience. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
