wish i could give less than 1 star. they sold us a faulty fridge, attempted fixing it twice and failed. we made multiple appointments and they didn’t show up. and then when they finally did, they showed up 3-4 hours late. we asked for a new fridge since the one they gave us was faulty and they told us they don’t have one. don’t buy from them, joke of a business.

We bought an 11kg samsung washing machine and a Westinghouse fridge, both are brilliant. The fridge had to fit a specific space. They both work perfectly, the service was fantastic and the range of product is great.

I highly recommend RJs appliances. I originally inquired about a fridge through Facebook marketplace but the one I asked about had recently sold. I was recommended an alternative that was actually a lower price than my initial inquiry. They arranged next day delivery for me (on a Sunday!) and the delivery guys were prompt, friendly, and gentle on our hardwoods. The fridge arrived clean and functions perfectly- it’s better than we expected. From the friendly customer service, affordable pricing, great products, and fast turnaround (had a fridge installed in less than 24 hours) we just couldn’t be happier!

Great service. Lots of appliances to choose from.I messaged on WhatsApp the dimensions and product I was looking for and they replied with lots of options . I went to the location to view and the staff were so helpful. They arranged delivery who lifted the fridge up the stairs and helped installing it.Thank you!

White goods at a great price, almost too good to be true.They were prompt in their response, clear in their communication, more than fair in their pricing, and very quick and efficient in their delivery. They even helped me take my old washer and dryer into the garage.As far as the goods purchased from here go, I’ve had them for less than a week, and all seems fine.Would not hesitate in buying from them

Amazing team that knows how this business works.I am new in the city and with very limited time during work hours, they accommodated my quick delivery needs and not to mention very nice prices.
