Rang to obtain help with a Microsoft Outlook issue. Spoke to GARYIT who said he would ring back later in the afternoon. Never called. I wish whether they are tradies or computer technicians are up front and say they cannot help or are too busy rather than leaving you hanging. I was prepared to pay to have my issue fixed.
