I came into Tyrepower Artarmon with a screw in my tyre this afternoon which I needed to be fixed before heading to Newcastle. Unfortunately it wasn’t repairable and the tyre is a special order, so Lex went out of his way to do a temporary fix for me to return home to Newcastle and order a new tyre. When I went to pay he refused to charge me a cent despite the time and expertise it took. Would definitely recommend - worth spending your money here with good people.

For me to give five stars to a company it has to be either excellent or go above and beyond my expectations. I found my experience with Tyrepower to be just that. Not only was my car serviced well, Alex also suggested how to save money when replacing the spare tyre and had the car cleaned inside and out (we had some time"). I can wholeheartedly recommend him and his crew."

Very happy with the service. Was timely and there were no issues with balance or alignment. Just would be nice if the staff smiled a little and said hello and goodbye, both on the phone and in person.

Had a really good experience at Tyrepower Artarmon this morning (and during the booking process earlier in the week). Couldn’t have been easier to book in, and when I arrived the team was right on time, and started work on the car straight away. The problem (a tyre puncture) was diagnosed quickly and I was offered two solutions to choose from. The team was really friendly, knowledgeable and professional, the coffee was good, and I’m looking forward to continuing to deal with this business moving forward.EDIT 15/06/2022: Back again for more work with these guys. This is my fourth trip back, with two cars looked after. Very happy with the way I’ve been looked after by this business.

Fast, friendly, very professional & reasonably priced. Fixed my flat tyre (it needed a replacement) within 20 mins of me driving up. Will definitely be coming back for all future needs.

The car needed a wheel alignment. it was Fri afternoon & the place was very busy. Nonetheless, the job was professionally done within the promised timeframe. Staff were friendly & helpful. My only gripe was the broken coffee machine that I was unable to get a cup of coffee.

I am very happy with the care and dedication shown by Tyrepower Artarmon in fixing a long running problem (obtaining spare parts was the problem not the service). It’s great to have a mechanic that I can trust to have my best interest at heart - even when things get complicated.

As a woman I very often find that dealing with car people is a complete nightmare! But this place was a great exception: nice and respectful professionals, good service, very fast and efficient. I never felt uncomfortable and never felt like they were trying to scam me. Definitely recommended!
