Absolutely disgusting customer service from Emma and Melissa! you try to explain something and the Emma begins to yell and carry on! Try to raise your concern with Steven the licensee and he apparently wont deal with rentals! Pretty sure he is not only licensed to do so, but he is also happy to take landlords monthly rental fee!So unprofessional and not following the Residential Tenancies Act!We have lodged many complaints in relation to the property being unsafe which falls on deaf ears, no one seems to respond to emails and are completely rude when you call!Have lodged our complaint with fair trading and hoping that these poorly qualified, uncompassionate, reckless agents get warned and receive training to improve their service or better get find a job where they do not need to deal with customers!I hope one day these agents are not in a situation where they have to deal with agents like them!

Sadly Steve makes ALOT of promises and doesn't deliver but that's a sales man for ya.Prior to that we took our rental away from the Rental Manager as she didn't reply or assist when needed so we took our business elsewhere.

Worst realestate service in NSWRecommend not lease or buy any property from them their team doesn’t know how to talk with tenants.If you say anything needs repair in property tgey will never call back or bother to reply any emails even they charge tenants for repair service.I had a bad experience with them poor customer service i ever had by any realestate

Melissa is the property manager where my family leaves and she never replied to any of our emails, never gave us a ledger/ rental receipt. I wonder how they dodge ATO because they said they will never issue receipts. Im pretty sure they will ignore this, if they will not, then it's a miracle!
