The two women that regularly work here couldn’t be less helpful if they tried. Absolutely miserable souls.

Just response to the comment on Sarah B. The cost of the parcel under 500g (with your own package ) is $8.95 if assessed over the counter. If you ASKED the satchel from the back of counter then the small size of parcel post satchel is $9.20, which applied any post office in Australia Post. Our staff are all well trained and the price is determined by Australia Post not the individual retail. Thank you for your comments.

Celine's rudeness to me hasn't abated since Australia Post corrected her for repeatedly and stubbornly refusing to let me see the sender's address before signing for registered post items. She even stated that head office were wrong! She has since rolled her eyes with impatience at me and most recently, advised me with contempt that my signature is no signature at all. The two men who run the place support whatever she does with misinformation and are also rude and arrogant. There is one friendly and helpful female there with some idea of customer service. I've had mail returned to sender and my postbox cancelled without warning and they don't put notices in my residential mailbox. I can't wait until I move and can deal with a more pleasant and professional group of people. The service you receive from them seems to be based on whether you are their kind of people. It's a business, people, not a social club or a high school. It's a nightmare. To Tim re your comment that people who find Celine rude 'must have anger issues'. If you look more closely at the victims of her rudeness, you'll see we're all women. Perhaps she has self-esteem issues about her intelligence, education, occupation or appearance. She IS SO rude.

I am so happy to have Celine and Jim at my Post Office. They are always really helpful and nothing seems a problem. Super tidy super clean with a great selection of gifts. It is unusual to find such helpful and kind postal staff who really enjoy helping you out. I must say that the few people that rated the PO 1 star and say Celine is rude must have some so serious anger issues as she is very kind and sweet and helpful 100% . I wish the reviewers who rated 1star could be contacted, I would like that.

This post office is the absolute bane of my existence. There are TWO post offices closer, yet Australia Post insists on making this my default for collection.PLEASE someone tell me; if you work business hours, are you just simply not allowed to have mail? What decade is it?Is it 1940 and everyone is at church so weekends so no mail? What post office in the year 2022 IS CLOSED ALL WEEKEND?WHY did I work weekends for eleven years only to discover I can’t have MAIL now that I work weekdays?

I come here most Saturdays either to pick up parcels or top up my Mastercard. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Some weekends over Christmas/Easter they are shut. They are normally open for a short time on Saturday. Have been good all-round. Thank you

Living in Cambridge st stanmore 1 year, and first time to collect my online orders from this office. It’s changed my stereo type image of Australia post. The manager and staff were friendly. My parcels were brought to me over the counter in less than 30 seconds. Nice greeting and smile. Lots of stuff to look at the shop. I have made this my local post office. 10 minutes walk from home, but it’s worth...love it! Go Australia Post! It’s made you proud!

The best post office I’ve been. The manager there is the most helpful person I’ve ever met. I live in Enmore area and I only come to this post office as they answer all my inquiries not to mention their professionalism. I have done my passport and land title ID verification with them and both went through perfectly. I also collect my packages from them time to time, and they always find my packages straightaway within a minute. I have heard from my friends that they are the post office in this area caring the most parcels so please make sure you have all the details of your packages this should make their jobs easier....love this post office! They are the number one in Sydney!

Professional services. Your great one-stop shop for all postal services. Parcels, stamps and passport photo and interviews. We have done our passports here and amazingly it’s delivered so fast within 2 weeks. The correct information that the manager provided has speeded up the processed i believe. Like this post office everything is so efficient! If you could not stand the queue at surrounding post offices just come to Westgate Annandale. They are fast and efficient!

Only open from 9 to 5 work days. Impossible to collect a parcel if you... You know... Have a normal job. Why Australia Post doesn't deliver parcels to post offices that actually have reasonable hours is beyond me.
