Very disappointed with a sale lady called Tanya (Or she's using someone else name). The whole time didn't want to talk and getting inpatient towards my questions. Put me through to a linen lover membership without telling the cost only when I got home and realised that it charged me $20....I wasn't buying anything cheap. Spent few hundred bucks to get this attitude, it was so disappointing!

Absolutely love my new bedspread, went into the shop had no idea about colors, explained my bedroom colors to the ladies they picked one for me , was so thrilled when putting it on the bed, will definately be back THANK YOU

Here's our story: We ordered a bed and one part was incorrectly installed from the factory in China. We then rang the store for a replacement piece, along with a detailed explanation including photo's. They sent that piece out, but it was the wrong piece - we seriously couldn't have been more clearer! We have now just been informed that the correct piece will take a further 2 weeks to arrive - after this piece arrives it would have been over 5 weeks since the purchase. Never again and Geelong is too small for word not to travel!!!
