I ordered the new Seiko GMT 001 , can’t believe how fast the turnaround time was. Great service, I will be using them again

I would like express my gratitude with the service I afforded at Wallace and Bishop Head Office in Newstead. In particular, William Bishop and Stan Sorta were incredibly generous and professional with my inquiry regarding my watch that has significant sentimental value. I literally walked in off the street and they were so helpful despite how busy this time of year is for them. Great customer service and I would recommend them to anyone who needs professional technical work on delicate items. Congratulations and Merry Christmas!

Do not purchase anything from Wallace Bishop at full price. We made the mistake of doing this with an engagement ring that cost $5,500 and a few months later it was included with most other items in a Black Friday promotional sale at 50% off. This is despite the sales assistant ensuring us at our time of purchase that the value was protected and justified by the price. Very misleading and upsetting. The ring is lovely though!

I purchased a SEIKO sports. Good looking watch but unfortunately a lemon. The watch has been in several times for repairs this last time 5 months with not a word from Wallace bishop unless I call. The last conversation was 3weeks ago. Still waiting. Iwould not recommend Wallace bishop to anyone. Poor performance all round.

I bought a matching necklace for my Fiancé’s birthday which was worth over $6,600. I took this on a 3 month lay-by and paid 1/4 up front. I get paid monthly and said I would pay it monthly but the head office rang me and said I had to pay it fortnightly. I went to the shop a few times but they were closed for COVID so I was a bit worried that I couldn’t pick the item up close to the birthday I paid it out early as I worked away from home. I gave the necklace to my partner but it didn’t fit so we went back to the shop and they were willing to exchange it there and then. My fiancé couldn’t find anything she liked so we asked for a refund. The shop owner said it’s no worries we will have to send it to the head office for to confirm the condition. The head office came back with exchange/voucher only which will expire in 3 years. Nothing in writing even though I gave asked for it for more than 2 weeks. They are claiming it was longer than 21 days return. Due to COVID and the fact they I was avoiding public interactions due to an upcoming surgery I did collect the goods one month before the birthday. We went back to the shop 29 days later. No compassion from the company only greed.i am a vet and served my country and as we all have to be flexible now with COVID and delays Wallace bishop can not be flexible. To date my fiancé hasn’t received a birthday present as it is still in dispute and I can’t afford to get her something else in case I don’t get the money back. All I ask is for some compassion but no. Their T&C’s are also incorrect against the ACCC advice. Now they say I need a claim number to even speak to the head office.

Wallace Bishop is number one when it comes to jewellery repairs. Yesterday I dropped my mother's gold chain in for repair. Stan and William arranged for the repair to be done on the same day! It was repaired perfectly - so well that you would never know it had been repaired. They also checked it thoroughly to ensure there were no other issues, and cleaned it. The chain looks brand-new! My mum is delighted once again with the impeccable craftsmanship performed by the team at Wallace Bishop in Newstead. Thank you Stan and William - you have my mum (now 77) a very happy lady!

Idiots. Don’t go near there shops let alone buy a Rado watch. Watch still under warranty battery faulty quoted 16 weeks to replace. $83 for a new one blamed Swatch and said would never buy a Rado great customer service not. Worst customer service ever they say since 1917 that’s where there service is K Mart does a better job.

Called head office Thursday 28/5 in relation to previous comment and they said a manager would call me back after his meeting-no response from head office. Called Friday 29/5 and they said the manager is on the phone and he will call straight back - still no response or return call. Contacted head office Tuesday 3/5 and the manager was in a meeting and will call me before 3pm. Still noCall. Called 4/5 and manager is on the phone and is supposed to call. Still no response. Pretty poor performance from supposed to be a world class establishment.

Completely disappointed! Wallace Bishop Head Office today refused to repair (under warranty), refund or exchange a faulty Raymond Weil watch, despite a long list of issues, constituting a 'major problem' with the product, as deemed by the ACCC. Over the past 2 years, the new watch was sent for repair 3 times ( the first time it was 'repaired', it only worked for 2 months and had to be sent away again) and has only kept time accurately for a total of 7 months during this period. As a past loyal customer, I am appalled by Wallace Bishop's handling of this situation. I paid $1400 for a watch that has failed multiple times and has spent more time in the workshop than it has on my wrist, to the point that it is now 'out of warranty'. Wallace Bishop have copped out and after reading many of their recent customer reviews, it seems this is the way they do business now. I will be shopping elsewhere in future.

Repair team is awesome, but for some reason Customer Service seriously sucks. Calling their listed number and selecting option 1 for customer service leads to either the phone ringing out or the call dropping off. This has been happening over the past 4 months!
