Core Collective Pilates East Maitland

I decided to give reformer pilates a go this year because I really wanted to challenge and strengthen my core. My first class was with Nicola, and she walked me through how to use the reformer and just made the whole class fun and challenging at the same. I felt so at ease and loved it that much that I decided to add it to my weekly workout routine. I now look forward to every Tuesday afternoon.

It's always daunting trying new things, but the instructors at Core Collective (Maitland and Wallsend) are so friendly and accomodating to different levels of fitness and flexibility. Offering varied scaling-type options for each exercise feels really empowering and reminds me to trust and listen to my body.The vibe is beautiful balance of challenging yet supportive. I love that I can have my child with me and I don't have to sort out child-care or put her in a creche facility.You guys make exercising as a Mumma so easy and enjoyable. I love your work ladies!
