I could not recommend e&s enough. I wasn’t able to visit the store due to covid however they have made everything so smooth. We had issues the day of our handover at our newly built home and e&s were patient enough and came back again to our home one the area was fixed ready for them to install.Would definitely recommend.

What a disappointing sales experience.We ordered thousands of dollars of goods including fridges, Qasair Canopy and special jets for our showers.Our jets have been delayed and our rough in is held up whilst we wait for them. When we ordered them, I was told three were in Australia.We were expecting them to be delivered but instead they kept them in the warehouse. We missed rough in as the plumber physically needed at least one and now E and S won’t refund us.We then asked the jets to be delivered urgently but they demanded $700 to deliver to Ballarat and said it would take two weeks. The jets are a small box. Now I have to drive to Melbourne to pick them up and employ another plumber to rough them in.Almost a year agp, we ordered our Qasair custom canopy. It was meant to be delivered in October but they emailed us in September saying it will now be before Christmas.Received an email after Christmas saying now March. Today, I discovered by sheer accident that the Qasair is sitting in their warehouse.Sales experience = shocking!If you live regionally, be conscious of the fact delivery could be thousands of dollars. We have to organise our own delivery for our Lebhierr fridges!

The sales consultant we had (Andrew Sher) was so knowledgeable. He also had the patience to show us the full list of appliances we wanted to buy for our new house build. Compare and contrast on the floor different brands or models within a brand such as the differences between the Bosch 6 and 8 series dishwashers.....finally, he wasn't a pushy person who wanted us to pay a deposit then and there. He emailed the quote.Highly, highly recommend their display range a service.

Excellent experience from purchase to delivery which included installation. Mark Maroney was so helpful with advise & made the purchase so easy. Mark ensured I got my preference for delivery, was advised of time of delivery. Dean & Danny were great with installation & even helped with a leaking tap. Could not have asked for more. Highly recommend the company.

For a company that prides it self on exceptional service they showed me none. They don't really care.I ordered a Chef gas cooker on the 6th of June for a rental property with a deliver date of 7th of July. This date passed and did not hear from the store or the sales consultant. I followed up with an email on the 12 of July to be told there is further delay with the cooker expected on the 25th of July. This date past with no update. Once again I emailed the sales consultant and head office. Another consultant called me on the 26th of July. After I expressed my disappointment and lack of communication and follow up. Was told that it was expected on the 27th of July. On the 29th of July I came to my senses and called and spoke to the original Sales Consultant to cancel my order. He showed no concern that i was cancelling and offered no explanation/possible solution for this awful situation. He was happy to organise the refund and see me go. Basically, I waited from the 6th of June to the 29th of July to receive nothing. A waste of time and distressing to my tenants. I understand delays can happen however the lack of follow up, concern or care is what really made me right this review considering how patient I was.

I had Nick's undivided attention in the purchase of multiple items and he always obliged in explaining the answer to my questions. I am very impressed. Excellent service from Nick at E&S Hawthorn who patiently answered my questions over the phone without any sales pressure. Excellent service too from Dean with Josh who delivered my washing machine. Cheerful, fast, efficient and Dean even thanked me for getting the old machine ready for his removal. First time customer but this won't be my last purchase from E&S. Thank you!

In December 2021 we ordered Sub-Zero fridge, freezer and wine fridge. This was fully paid, a requirement of the order. It is now November 2022 and we have advice that the wine fridge is available but that we wont see the fridge and freezer until March 2023 - 15 months after order and payment.

Whilst very happy with the salesperson who assisted me purchase my new oven, most disappointed in the advice given by E&S Hawthorn regarding the size and installation of my new oven. I checked dimensions to ensure the new oven would fit into the old oven space and was told they are all standard - a few mms here and there make no difference - well it did and so I had to get a cabinet maker to make alterations which cost much more than I had anticipated. E&S staff should be careful about the advice they provide.
