We came to Red Poles for Mothers Day 2023, we had been here before about 3 years ago and loved it! Very friendly staff, wonderful menu and they had it all worked out! Perfect timings between meals, live music, nice grounds to walk around with our daughter and a very relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for a lovely day! We will be back!

Sensational ambience and location. Their 7 course degust was very tasty and beautifully presented, and paired wines + cocktail went down a treat. Our waitress was prompt, friendly and informative. A few minor miscommunications around booking and pricing did little to diminish our enjoyment. Recommend this venue.

The long lunch was absolutely wonderful, I'm now a convert to sashimi which was beautiful, as was everything else we ate. We ended up staying the night in their accommodation and whilst it isn't the Hilton, we loved it's rustic appeal, comfy bed and delicious breakfast, so then had another delicious lunch the next day. The food is the best we have had in the region and the open pretty environment, friendly staff (especially Kat) and the owner all added to our experience. Highly recommend and we will return.

We went to celebrate a birthday and I found the on line booking system pretty good. Tha outdoor atmosphere was fabulous and perfect for us. Service was excellent. I had kangaroo and my company had duck and pasta. We we mostly happy with our order. We loved the damper, and its native bush leaves presentation, and the pate was to die for but the Tahini dip was a little gluey for my liking. The char grilled cosi lettuce a pleasant addition that we'd never had before. Everything was beautifully presented, I was happy but my companions felt the tortellini was a bit tasteless.We didn't have sweets but the menu looked yummy, so I hope that's for next time. My only advice is to be aware of the ants that come out during the lunch time service and keep your feet up.

Terrible food so dry and not much food at all . Service was soo slow after 1 hour we finally got our Dessert 2.5 hours to get all courses… Yard all over grown terrible service save yourself and don’t come here! We had brought this up with staff but where dismissed and ignored!

Had a lovely time here, had the 5 course feed me menu and was blown away by the quality and creativity of all the dishes. Appreciate how protein focused the dishes were, felt like a good amount of food but not just empty carbs. Would definitely come here again.

Can't speak to the food, but the rooms aren't great. Expect to hear the walls rattle each time someone uses the hot water anywhere on the premise. Not ideal. Walls are also poorly insulated as the room was very cold and we could hear everything from the surrounding rooms. Finally, there are no pictures of the bathrooms for a reason...

An absolute delightful place operated by lovely people who really “get” hospitality! We had a family lunch for 25 people, organised on short notice; the food was great, the service superb and the wine list reasonably priced with good variety. Highly recommended.
