Disgraceful place to buy and have a mower serviced. They take your mower for weeks with no explanation of when it will be serviced or returned. Also the spare parts place is a joke. Ordered three different parts and all were not available which they advisedMe of some 2 moths later. Then took another ten emails and three more months to get my refund. Don’t waste your money on this unprofessional rip off joint. !! I actually don’t know how they are still in business

After placing order on MacArthur Mowers website, confirmation of order was referenced to All Mower Spares. Both companies have different websites and different prices for the same item.Cannot get an answer from MacArthur about available stock for the item ordered either by telephone or email. Online orders department phone calls go directly to a message bank stating I had rung out of hours even though I rang within hours.

Recently I was in the market for a replacement petrol blower as min of many, many years old packed it in - I went to the friendly and helpful team at Macarthur Mowers & Machinery. After considering my needs (domestic and personal) they suggested I try the EGO 900 blower kit. Comes complete with two rechargeable batteries and the charger. This blower is amazing - Never thought I'd move away from petrol, but wow, this blower does the job with ease and plenty of battery power which sees the job done before getting close to needing a recharge (have a spare anyway as a back-up).I'm so appreciative of the advice and service from the team at Macarthur Mowers & Machinery for their advice and this product is amazing. They really know their products.

I purchased a 52 inch zero turn from the team at Macarthur Mowers 3 years ago for my acreage. The pre- sales process was fantastic with recommendations on brands and models to suit my requirements. The team also serviced the ride on per the hours schedule and the process was seamless. I am now downgrading due to changes in my acreage and once again the team have helped me land on the perfect 38 inch ride on to suit my new requirements. I could not recommend anyone else if you are looking for a great range of brands and products, fantastic pre sales and brilliant support when servicing!!

Don’t ever purchase with these people. The most amateur and unprofessional company I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. The service department wouldn’t have a clue even after 2 weeks of the mower sitting there and having to return the machine 3 times for the same issue. Go to Village Mowers.
