Asked for my Rottweiler to be groomed and a quote, all I got back was “I do not do big dogs.” Do not state that you are “committed to providing a service for great & small” and claim that you groom up to extra large dogs on your website! Absolutely ridiculous and rude.

I asked for a quote for a groom for my Rottweiler as the website says they do large and extra large dogs… yet I was denied as they “don’t do large dogs” well why is it on the website… I’m not a fan of people that lie

Not impressed with pawlovers service, uneven haircut with straggly bits left behind underneath the legs and other area's. Not happy and will not be using them again.

I rang on a Saturday morning when I was travelling through country Victoria to get 2 dogs nails clipped only, the guy wanted more notice and didn't ask where I was.. Too difficult for a ten minute job that you can do yourself really

I called for a quote about grooming my German Shepard and John refused to provide one, stating he doesn't do German Shepard's.Why state on your website you groom large to extra large dogs, if you don't include certain breeds in those categories.Recommend stating on your website what breeds you do not accept to groom
