Friendly, quick and efficient. These Doctors the Nurse and Administrative team work well together and have been my preferred practice to visit for over four years. Our family have always been treated well. Thank you for your professional conduct and consistency before and during covid.

My health Forest Lake is awesome, especially my doctor Dr Vino is by far the best Dr I have ever had, he really cares for his patients. Can’t find a fault with him.

Dr Vino is an amazing doctor with great knowledge and fabulous skills. Sadly the reception staff are terribly incompetent and very rude as many other reviewers have mentioned as well. The practice manager should get rid of them and hire some efficient staff who can do their job right or atleast not lie and be rude to people like the current reception staff do.

My family has been visiting this practice since we moved to the area 9 years ago and they have always been excellent.Dr Rajesh Nair is amazing! Very kind and thorough. Was great during my pregnancy and now is so patient and kind to my 2 year old.Would definitely recommend MyHealth Forest Lake and Dr Nair to anyone.

My visit today at My health Forest Lake is satisfactory. My appointment time is on time and the doctor who attended me is excellent. I was given my flu vaccination with no hassle.

Signed up as a new patient 2 weeks ago. Was advised it's bulk billed which is fine. Went in for my first appt on a Saturday at 7:45 am which was good as I like early appointments. Was seen straight away too so that's all positive. However after getting bloods done and urine I was told the call back for my results was free. Never advised there would be a $55 phone charge and might I advise that when the call back was due at 12:50, the doc who eventually called back was half an hour late and abit rude. Dr shania did not seem interested in answering any of my questions and my phone results seemed very rushed. He then went on to say, you need to come in again and get an injection if your planning to have kids." He sounded very pushy about it even though I said no. These guys don't give an option to send out your bloods via email by the way I requested it from reception and from the docs at your centre. Apparently they don't do that. And if your calls are recorded you should understand what I mean by how rude and rushed the call back was. Also

I have been seeing Dr vino for 4 years now for our whole family. Always received a very effective treatment. He always listens to your problems and find the best treatment for you. He knowledge is amazing

Myhealth Forest Lake is what I will regard as a surprise for anyone looking for a good and well equipped modern medical practice. Dr Vino has been our preferred doctor for over 6 years. He has always paid attention to details. He listens and goes beyond expectations to ensure we have the best care. Also, the care app supplied by Myhealth is extremely good in enabling us to have instant access to our medical records on our phones. I will always recommend Myhealth Forest Lake to anyone.

Lovely caring staff and doctors, it's been such a pleasure taking my baby there to see the wonderful doctors in times of need. As long as doctor Jess is there I won't be going anywhere else despite living 25 minutes away
