Domino’s Pizza Acacia Ridge
Ordered 3 pizza's 3 sides delivered . 3 pizzas have shown up and only 2 sides. All 3 pizzas were squashed in one side of the box and only 2 sides have shown up. Once a again Dominos you have scammed me but this will be the last time. I paid for 3 sides and you have only delivered 2. How is it that companies like yours can get away with fraudulent behaviour by charging customers for items that they do not received ?Just a follow up, Dominos has reached out and offered me a credit for the value of the complete order. While I appreciate the offer I will not be ordering from Dominos or any other major food franchise anymore. The food quality is hit or miss, most often miss and expensive . Unlike the local family owned takeaway shops in my area which always provide good quality and value for money .

I ordered a pizza at 12:30pm and its estimated delivery time was 12:50pm. but, not coming and no any notice by 1pm. then, it changed to 1:25pm. the pizza came at 1:18pm. until 12:50pm, they even didnt cook my order yet. it is my second time like already. today is Friday. not even Tuesday. how come it takes so long time. plus, the toppings were all separated from dough. so, i just ate dough first and then its toppings separately. and so much watery as well. i will not order any pizzas from here anymore.

5stars for the staff!! Every time we go here it’s always friendly and fun vibes- a young man helped me to my car (baby) just really a great team- the pizzas are great also! Think only once we had a small mix up- great work:)

Domino’s Pizza Acacia Ridge
I mean, Domino's is Domino's. We don't expect exceptional service with a fantastic meal, but it does the job for weekday quick dinner. I ordered pizza tonight for pick up at 7.30 but came out at 7.50. Staff said the pizza didn't pass the quality test, so they had to remake them again. It was annoying to wait there, but I should say I appreciate the effort to fix the problem rather than handing it out to the customer.

I have bought many pizzas here,The staff are always hard working,But the pizza I had tonight was very low on sauce infact I couldn't see it or taste it,it wasent overly busy when I was there,I don't mind paying for something good but I won't be back.I will buy some pizza sauce from Coles and put it on myself on the remaining pizza.

If there are signs up advertising a deal, you should honour it or take it down. I noticed another customer that asked for the same deal. I’m not sure if she got it or not.
