We had a great Saturday night out at Tin Pan Alley. We visited week after they reopened (after storm damages). The staff quickly dealt with the rush and pressures of a busy night and kept customers happy despite some wait times. The vegan pizzas and chips were excellent - we could not fault the food. Good vibes overall and we will definitely be back!

So so pleased to see Tin Pan Alley open again. Visited last night for an early dinner, and everything was quick, hot and delicious. We were there with my two-under-two family and enjoyed an easy, relaxed meal. The pizza bases are among some of the best I've had.I heard mention they were a little short staffed that evening but we never would have known - excellent service.

Went there for pizzas and beer with two other people.We ordered at 6:10 when the restaurant was pretty quiet. We did not receive our meals until 7:15 as the pizzas came out 1 by 1 with about 10 minutes between each pizza.The beers we originally ordered were all flat so we didnt order anymore having to go down the road after. They said they would check the gas but didn't hear anything after that. The staff seemed to be in no rush. The pizza was good not worth the wait and lack of beer.

I love this little jewel of Upwey! It’s so welcoming and beautifully decked out. Great for a family Friday night dinner or after work drinks. The pizzas are soooo good and the cocktails a hit. Extremely attentive service - I especially appreciated the effort the staff went to in keeping my 4 year fed and feeling welcome.

Food was good especially the garlic pizza. We ordered a salad which was very refreshing. Besides these we also ordered Greek Lamb Pizza. The base was bit thick than we expected. But the topping was excellent. The app was bit slow and ordering was not easy. I would recommend this joint for a good pizza experience.

Can’t rate their vegan pizzas highly enough! An awesome selection of 23 vegan pizzas on the menu, choices including mock meats, more than one type of vegan cheese, sour cream, lots of varied and creative topping combos. The ones we got had fresh ingredients in generous amounts and were overall very delicious!Definitely worth a visit if you are heading to the Dandenongs for a day trip or if you live in the east, we will be sure to visit again.

Came here for dinner with my sons this evening and the beautiful smell of the fresh dough was superb! We had the pizzas and they were so fresh and tasted so good, they were also very accomodating to adding any extra ingredients to our pizzas, great service and cocktails too. 5 out of 5.

Great to know that there's a wood fire pizza place on the hills. Tin Pan Alley Foodsmiths are in Upwey and know how to operate a wood fire oven. The pizza dough is of high quality and they have a large variety of pizzas on offer on their menu. Although it should be clearer on the menu if a particular pizza is tomato based or garlic based. I went for the Gourmet Delight which should have had eggplant, roasted capsicum, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and pepperoni. What I got was heavy on the pepperoni and light on the vegetables. Delicious just the same though. My partner chose the Prosciutto pizza but found the amount of garlic overwhelming. I thought it was also delicious. The service was a bit slow from the kitchen. The in house staff were friendly and eager to please. Definitely will be eating there again

Such great food and a lively atmosphere. We finished our pizzas and wanted more! Food felt clean and wholesome. So many good options to choose from as well as a vegan range. Staff are warm and friendly too! Can't recommend enough

We stumbled upon Tin Pan Alley while looking for good wood-fired pizza places nearby. Ordered Greek Salad, Lamb Back-strap pizza and Garlic cheese pizza. Both the pizzas were flavourful and Ingredients were fresh. The Lamb back strap pizza could have thinner base though. Price is reasonable and the ambience of the place is nice. Highly recommended for a night out with friends or date night.
