I'm from nsw and needed some help regarding lower ball joints for my car, despite Dave knowing they're booked out for 2 weeks and I wasn't going to be able to come in to their shop, he still stayed on the phone for 10mins giving me tips and advice. He even offered to put it on the hoist early in the morning to check it out for me which I had to decline. Wheel alignment quote seemed pricy but due to them having an over qualified mechanic for the job (which I'd prefer!) and new tech in their shop

Dave and his team without doubt are one of the most professional, courteous and accommodating team I have come across. These guys went over and above what they needed to do for me to help me out. They also have an excellent work ethic and a great sense of humour! The work they carried out for me was incredible and immaculate.I will use these guys again and can honestly recommend them to anyone. Look forward to seeing them all again. Thank you guys.

They treat me like a human not a dumb chick! The staff at ARM know their stuff and are happy to share their knowledge with the customer - I don't feel insignificant or useless when talking to them.They installed my fulcrum lift and reviewed my airbag install

Dave and the boys were a god send, engineering a solution to my Jeeps control arm bushes. This saved my thousands and they were able to fit me in super quick, No one else in Darwin would assist. I was supplied with a car to use for the day and the job was well done, Thanks Dave and Team, sorry it took me so long to write this review.
