This store only stocks female items. Decided to avoid the city and come to the Armadale site… wrong move. Friendly staff hence the 2 stars rather than 1.

Poor returns policy. Ordered online and when I received the product, found it didn’t suit me. Tried to return online but would have to pay postage. Took the item to a store to return and was told I am only able to return online which means paying postage. This is an archaic way of managing returns and not very customer centric. I won’t be buying from Cos again.

No menswear stocked but no information about that online so a waste of time visiting really.

Amazing staff and perfect place to shop!Although they don't carry mens, I don't expect them to especially if it's a store on High Street. I don't understand why people give low ratings because of that.

COS is always my favourite budget fashion retail brand!!! COS not only has good design, but it also provides great material, also very pleasant shopping experience. In my opinion, COS definitely is the best fashion global retail franchise brand available in the market. As for this store, although you only have womens fashion but I also enjoy taking my wife here to shop....great COS store.....
